Buying a saddle online can feel overwhelming.
Make your saddle purchase easier by scheduling a Virtual Saddle Fitting Session via Zoom, eliminating the uncertainty of online shopping. During this session, our certified Passier® saddle fitter will guide you through creating tracings and capturing the right images.
You'll receive a package in the mail containing all the necessary measuring tools and instructions, as well as a prepaid return envelope for your convenience.
We will help you find a suitable time for your virtual fitting session and provide guidance on how to prepare.
For the session, you’ll need a helper, a quiet area in the barn, a smartphone, and approximately one hour of your time.
While an in-person visit from a qualified saddle fitter is always the best choice, a virtual fitting session with our certified fitter serves as an excellent alternative when that isn’t feasible.

If you inspect our brushes and do not like them for any reason (size, color), you may return them in new and unused condition within 30 days from our shipping date for a full refund of the product cost (may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on your bank or credit card company). We do not refund shipping charges.
If you treated your brushes according to our Brush Care Guidelines and still experience a quality concern that is a clear manufacturing defect (loosing bristles, grip came off, etc.), we will replace your brush with the same or a similar model (in case your model is discontinued). This guarantee is valid for 12 months after purchase date.
