Shipping Quick Facts:

  • We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS
  • We ship to all states in the US and Canada and selected global destinations.
  • Your products are usually shipped within 3 business days
  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification/tracking number (please check your spam)
  • If there is a delay in your shipment, we will notify you immediately

    Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy [excludes saddles]

    If you inspect our items and do not like them for any reason (size, color), you may return them in new and unused condition within 30 days from our shipping date for a full refund of the product cost (may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on your bank or credit card company). We will initiate a return through our system and issue a return label for your convenience.

    Once we receive the item in new and unused condition with all tags attached (if applicable), we will issue the refund through our system.

    We do not refund original shipping charges.

    Horse brushes by HorseHaus and Haas: 

    If you treated your brushes according to our Brush Care Guidelines and still experience a quality concern that is a clear manufacturing defect (loosing bristles, grip came off, etc.), we will replace your brush with the same or a similar model (in case your model is discontinued). This guarantee is valid for 12 months after purchase date. 

    To receive a quality guarantee replacement, please send images of your damaged item along with your order number and date to info @ horsehaus . com with the subject "quality guarantee".

    We will then respond to you and let you know whether we are able to replace or substitute this item.

    Custom or Configured Saddle Orders

    As outlined in the individual product listings, saddle orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

    All saddles are made to order to your specifications. We guarantee that you receive exactly what you ordered. However, if the saddle does not meet your expectations (e.g. color as specified but not to your liking, seat size ordered does not meet your need, tree size ordered does not fit your horse, etc.), you are not able to return this product nor receive a refund. 

    However, high customer satisfaction and the ability to make changes to the tree size and flocking as well as a 5-year manufacturer's warranty for all Passier saddles can put your mind at ease.

    Demo Saddles

    Purchasing a demo saddle is an opportunity to purchase a high-quality saddle with minimal use. These saddles have usually seen less than 20 rides of less than 10 minutes.

    All demo saddles undergo a thorough quality inspection and carry the manufacturer's warranty. 

    For this reason, demo saddles are non-refundable and non-returnable.
