How to use this brush:
- Gently remove debris, hay, straw etc. from your horse's mane and tail by hand
- Apply a conditioning mane and tail detangler
- Let the detangler dry thoroughly
- Gently brush the mane and tail from the bottom up, always holding firmly above the section you are brushing

TIP: Did you know? It takes 2 years for a tail hair to grow from dock to fetlock! The most common reason for a skimpy tail is incorrect grooming. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you inspect your item* not like it for any reason (size, color), you may return them in new and unused condition within 30 days from our shipping date for a full refund of the product cost (may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on your bank or credit card company). We do not refund shipping charges.
If you treated your Haas or HorseHaus brushes according to our Brush Care Guidelines and still experience a quality concern that is a clear manufacturing defect (loosing bristles, grip came off, etc.), we will replace your brush with the same or a similar model (in case your model is discontinued). This guarantee is valid for 12 months after purchase date.
