We test all HorseHaus brand products and most other products we sell on our own horses. If Paladin, Noble Ruler, and Regalo approve - we have a winner! For those products that we did not test, we rely on customer feedback and vendor quality reputation.

We ship to all states in the US and Canada and selected global destinations.

Your products will be shipped within 3 business days

You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification/tracking number (please check your spam)

If there is a delay in your shipment, we will notify you immediately.

If you inspect your item* not like it for any reason (size, color), you may return them in new and unused condition within 30 days from our shipping date for a full refund of the product cost (may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on your bank or credit card company). We do not refund shipping charges.

If you treated your Haas or HorseHaus brushes according to our Brush Care Guidelines and still experience a quality concern that is a clear manufacturing defect (loosing bristles, grip came off, etc.), we will replace your brush with the same or a similar model (in case your model is discontinued). This guarantee is valid for 12 months after purchase date.
